Yes. The monthly term costs more per month than the annual term, but it renews each month, so you can change the number of licenses more often. On the annual term, you prepay for 12 months, and the number of licenses can go down only at renewal.
Yes. You can move from Business Basic to Business Standard or Premium during the term. The current price applies from the date of the change, and we make the switch for you.
Their license can go to the person who replaces them, and we can move it for you. If nobody replaces them, on the annual term you keep paying for that license until renewal.
