No. The extra security covers only people with Business Premium and the devices set up under it, so you can give it to those who handle confidential information and keep others on Business Standard or Basic. We can go through your team with you and mark who needs it.
Yes. The monthly term costs more per month than the annual term, but it renews each month, so you can change the number of licenses more often. On the annual term, you prepay for 12 months, and the number of licenses can go down only at renewal.
