Yes. You can combine Business Basic, Standard, and Premium in one company and give each person the plan their work needs. Premium’s extra security covers only the people who have it, so list the number of licenses for each plan when you order.
Business Basic, Standard, and Premium together can have at most 300 licenses in one company. The limit counts licenses bought from Microsoft and from every partner, so 250 Business Premium licenses leave room for 50 more of any Business plan. Above 300 users, Microsoft recommends its enterprise plans.
Yes. You can move people to a higher plan during the term, for example from Business Basic to Business Standard. The current price applies from the date of the change, and we make the switch for you.
Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is an add-on that works with all three plans.
Yes, all three plans come with a monthly or an annual term. The monthly term costs more per month, but it renews each month, so you can change the number of licenses more often. On the annual term, you prepay for 12 months, and the number of licenses can go down only at renewal.
